2. Data collected and purposes
Browsing data
The computer systems used to operate this website automatically acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs and other parameters. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and to monitor its correct functioning, and is deleted after 30 days.
Digital menu and cart
The digital menu requires no registration and does not transmit personal data to external servers. The cart operates entirely in the browser’s memory (no server-side persistence).
3. Legal basis
Browsing data is processed on the basis of the Data Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to ensure the security and correct functioning of the website.
4. Data sharing
Data is not shared with or sold to third parties, except as necessary for technical site management (hosting provider). The site uses read-only external services:
- Google Maps / Google Reviews – to display reviews and map; please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Open-Meteo API – anonymous weather data (temperature only); no personal data transmitted.
5. Retention period
Server access logs (browsing data) are retained for a maximum of 30 days, unless longer retention is required by a judicial authority for crime investigation purposes.
